Prior to joining Avance, Hristiana gained extensive valuation experience at Shell working on a variety of deals and scenario analyses. Prior to Shell, she worked in a M&A advisory boutique in London on both sell-side and buy-side transactions.

Hristiana holds a Master in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.
